Biblical Encouragement for Business Leadersનમૂનો

Know Who You Are
Jesus makes an unshakable declaration: “You are the light of the world.” He doesn’t say you will be, or you could be, but that you already are. Light reveals, guides, and makes a way forward. As a business leader, you carry the presence of Christ into places where strategy, profit, and pressure dominate. But when you walk into your office, God intends for His kingdom to be present with you.
This is why knowing who you are in Christ matters so much. Darkness thrives where identity is weak. If you forget that you are God’s chosen, His ambassador, His light-bearer, then compromise feels easier and courage feels harder. But Jesus declares that your leadership, integrity, and faith are designed to shine, not just for your success, but so that others may see your good works and glorify the Father.
So, don’t shrink back. Don’t blend in. The world doesn’t need another copy of compromise; it needs a bold reflection of Christ. Walk into your meetings, lead your teams, and steward your influence as one who is confident in their God-given identity.
Respond to God’s Word:
Before your next meeting, pause and declare out loud: “I am the light of the world in Christ.” Ask the Lord to make His presence tangible through you today.
