Day 27: God Will Be With You Always

Scripture
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me.”– Psalm 23:4 NKJV

Affirmation
God will be with me always.

Devotion
When we face difficult moments, it can sometimes feel as though God is distant. Yet His Word assures us that no matter the season—whether in times of transition, trial, or uncertainty—God is always with us. He will never leave us nor forsake us.

There may be times when God seems quiet, but this does not mean He is absent. Instead, it may be a call to draw closer to Him. Scripture reminds us to“seek the Lord while He may be found” (Isaiah 55:6) and promises that He delights in those who earnestly seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).

God’s love for us is so great that He knows even the number of hairs on our heads (Luke 12:7). If He seems quiet today, take time to sit in His presence. He promises that we have nothing to fear and that He will never leave our side. Lean into the One who has promised to be with you forever.

Prayer
Abba Father,

Thank You for never leaving my side. Your Word promises that You will not leave me nor forsake me. In this season, I ask that You make Your presence known and guide me each step of the way. Help me to pursue You with all my heart. Teach me to stand firmly on Your promises and trust that You are always with me. It is in Jesus Christ’s name, I pray. Amen.
