The Gospel isn’t simply just persuasive words or philosophy, but it’s the very power of God that causes complete life transformation.

I can only count on one hand, a few times my life has been completely transformed - never the same! The first time, I had medium rare steak after experiencing only the tasteless, rubbery texture of a well-done steak, that one time I drowned my breakfast in tomato sauce, only to take a big bite and shockingly find out it was hot chilli sauce. The second, Youth Camp 2015, when I was going through one of the toughest seasons of my life and the power of God radically encountered my life.

The root word for “power” originates from the Greek word “dunamis,” which similarly translates to “dynamite”. As believers, when we share the gospel in our school, with our friends and family, we release the explosive, supernatural power of God to save, set free, heal, and deliver those who believe.

Taking a stand for our generation is having a revelation of the power we carry, but also having the boldness to step out and share the Gospel with conviction.

As we have so graciously experienced the power and presence of God in our own lives, we can’t help but contain the very thing that can bring life transformation to our generation.
