As for Me - Post Youth Campનમૂનો

AS FOR ME
What does my “YES” to God look like beyond Youth Camp
Ps Liam Barlow | Citipointe Church Brisbane
Picture this: In Acts 2, the Disciples encounter the Holy Spirit in a powerful way. They start speaking in tongues and are filled with the power and presence of God. Then, when they leave the room, there are 3000 people gathered outside, and all 120 people walk out of the Upper Room like nothing happened and go about their normal lives. Peter doesn't preach. Miracles and Baptisms don't break out. What was a powerful moment is nothing more than a powerful experience that is never talked about again. THIS WOULD BE DEVASTATING. HEARTBREAKING. IF THIS HAPPENED, THE CHURCH WOULDN'T HAVE STARTED.
Now I want you to picture a youth camp of over 1000 teenagers. They have a similar experience to the disciples; the Holy Spirit encountered them, and they experienced the power of God. Then they go back to their cities, schools, and families and act like nothing happened. THIS WOULD BE JUST AS DEVASTATING.
Encounters with God are not the end goal; they are the beginning of us living a transformed life. Just because camp is over, doesn't mean the fire has to stop. In fact, we have a decision to make. Will this be the starting line or the finish line? Will we be like the disciples in Acts 2, that don't just have a moment with God, but we become a movement of people who leave this room with a new fire, transformation, and a desire to see revival. Will youth camp be a moment, or the start of a movement?
In Acts 1:8, it says that the power we receive from the Holy Spirit has a purpose. That purpose is to be a witness for Jesus and live a transformed life. This is now your goal, not just to have power but to be bold, fearless, and relentless, and step into your purpose. How will you live a transformed life? How will you bring what you have received back into your church, city, region, school, and family? The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is on the inside of you. Now it is time to live for Jesus like never before, and our world has changed for His purposes.
About this Plan

The altar was only the beginning—now it’s time to walk in the power of your “yes” to God. This Bible plan will help you live out Joshua 24:15: “As for me…” Each day will stir your faith, strengthen boldness, and ignite a fire to stand for Jesus in your family, school, and generation. Through prayer, Scripture, and the Holy Spirit, you’ll be equipped to live unshaken. Camp lit the flame, but the fire is meant to fall in daily life. You are marked, chosen, and anointed to live with purpose and power for such a time as this.
