Still His Son: Lost, Found, and Forever Changed by God’s Loveનમૂનો

One Decision That Changes Everything
I want to ask you a question that changed my life, and the lives of every man in this devotional:
Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior?
I’m not asking to make you feel judged or pressured. I’m asking because everything you’re about to read is built on that one decision. These are stories of redemption, of men finding their identity, of grace that meets you right in the middle of your mess. But none of those things would be possible without the love of Jesus at the center.
Here’s what I’ve come to know as absolute truth. You can’t work your way back to God. You can’t clean yourself up enough or fix all the things you’ve broken. But that’s exactly why we need the Gospel. God isn’t asking for you to be perfect. He’s asking for your surrender. He’s waiting for your “yes.”
When you say yes to Jesus, when you truly accept Him as your Lord, something changes deep inside. You’re no longer known by what you’ve done or the shame you carry. You are known as His child. That doesn’t come and go depending on how well you’re doing. That’s a promise that stays.
Romans 8:38–39 tells us, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Nothing can separate you from His love. Not your addiction. Not your prison sentence. Not your worst day or even your relapse. Once you belong to Jesus, you are loved, you are forgiven, and you are free.
If you’ve never made that decision before, today is a good day to do it.
You can pray something like this:
“Jesus, I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I confess that I need You. Come into my life, forgive me, and make me new. I receive Your love and salvation. From this day forward, I am Yours. Amen.”
If you meant those words, welcome home. You are now a son of the King, and nothing in your past or future can change that truth.
Now, keep reading. This devotional isn’t about perfect people. It’s about the ones who fell hard and still found grace. It’s about the ones who discovered that no matter where they had been, they were still His son.
With love,
Katie

About this Plan

You can lose everything—your family, your freedom, your future—and still not be beyond the reach of God’s love. Still His Son isn’t about perfect lives or easy faith. It’s about men who ran hard, fell far, and discovered that even in their worst moments, God never stopped calling them “son.” These stories aren’t fairy tales—they’re soaked in grit, grace, and the kind of redemption only Jesus can bring.
