30 Days of Prayer: A Call to Care for the World's Most Vulnerableનમૂનો

Day 19: Prayer for Strong Friendships
Reflection: Friendships are essential for healthy child development. Through friendships, children learn empathy, cooperation, trust, and social skills that will serve them throughout their lives. God values friendship so highly that he calls us his friends, not just his servants.
When we pray for strong friendships, we're asking God to surround children with healthy relationships that encourage their growth and development. We're interceding for children who feel lonely and isolated, for those who have been betrayed by friends and for those who struggle to form healthy relationships. We're also praying for communities that foster positive peer relationships and for programs that help children develop social skills. Strong friendships provide support during difficult times, accountability for good choices, and joy in shared experiences. They also offer opportunities for children to practice love, forgiveness and sacrifice.
Today, let us pray for meaningful friendships in children's lives, for protection from toxic relationships, and for opportunities to model healthy friendship ourselves. May we help children understand the value of being a good friend and choosing friends wisely.
