Head/Heart/Hands Questions Day 20 of 30 (Ephesians 4–6, Philippians 1–4 & Colossians 1–2)

Hope you’ve listened to the Audio Bible! Now, take some time to meet with your group. Below are some sample questions to guide your conversation, but feel free to add your own too.

🧠 Head (What did the passage say?)

  1. What passages—like Paul’s call to “make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit” (Ephesians 4:3–6 NIV)—highlight unity among believers?
  2. Where do you see joy, such as Paul’s rejoicing even while in prison (Philippians 1:18; 4:4)?
  3. Which example best shows contentment, like Paul’s testimony “I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances” (Philippians 4:11–13 NIV)?
  4. What teaching—such as Christ’s supremacy over all creation and the church (Colossians 1:15–20)—challenges common views about power and authority?
  5. How do these chapters—especially “put on the new self” (Colossians 3:10 NIV, rooted in 2:6–7)—reveal God’s renewal of His people?

❤️ Heart (What does it mean for me?)

  1. Which verse—like Ephesians 4:3—gives you hope about unity in the body of Christ?
  2. How does Paul’s example of joy in Philippians encourage you in your daily walk?
  3. When have you experienced the kind of contentment Paul describes in Philippians 4:11–13?
  4. How does Christ’s supremacy in Colossians 1:15–20 shape your faith and devotion?
  5. How does the renewal described in Colossians 2:6–7 inspire your worship?

🤲 Hands (How will I live it out?)

  1. Take a step to promote unity in your church or relationships this week.
  2. Choose to rejoice in Christ today, even in a challenging situation.
  3. Share with someone how you’ve learned contentment through Christ’s strength.
  4. Acknowledge Christ’s supremacy in a public or personal act of worship.
  5. Thank God for renewing your life through prayer, journaling, or testimony.
