Head/Heart/Hands Questions Day 19 of 30 (Galatians 1–6 & Ephesians 1–3)

Hope you’ve listened to the Audio Bible! Now, take some time to meet with your group. Below are some sample questions to guide your conversation, but feel free to add your own too.

🧠 Head (What did the passage say?)

  1. What passages—like Paul’s declaration that we are justified by faith, not by works of the law (Galatians 2:15–21)—highlight the contrast between grace and law?
  2. Where do you see identity in Christ, such as being clothed with Christ (Galatians 3:26–29) or being chosen, adopted, and sealed by the Spirit (Ephesians 1:3–14)?
  3. Which example best shows freedom, like Paul’s statement “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free” (Galatians 5:1 NIV) or his defense of that freedom in Galatians 2:4–5?
  4. What teaching—such as the fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22–23—challenges common views about what true spiritual growth looks like?
  5. How do these chapters—especially Paul’s praise for God’s blessings in Christ (Ephesians 1:3)—reveal God’s blessing over His people?

❤️ Heart (What does it mean for me?)

  1. Which verse—like Galatians 2:20—gives you hope in God’s grace over legalism?
  2. How does knowing your identity in Christ encourage your walk with God?
  3. When have you experienced spiritual freedom like in Galatians 5:1?
  4. How does the fruit of the Spirit challenge you to live differently?
  5. How does seeing God’s blessings in Ephesians 1:3–14 deepen your worship?

🤲 Hands (How will I live it out?)

  1. Share with someone how grace, not law, brings salvation.
  2. Live out your identity in Christ through a specific action today.
  3. Help someone walk in spiritual freedom.
  4. Practice one fruit of the Spirit intentionally this week.
  5. Thank God for His blessings in Christ through prayer or testimony.
