Journey With Jesus 365નમૂનો

“I AM” or “I WAS”?
The Pharisees were befuddled. They tried everything they possibly could to entrap Jesus in His words. He left them speechless as they tried to get him to say something against Caesar. So much so that when they returned defeated to the chief priests, they said, “Never man spake like this man”! Then came the Sadducees, who did not believe in the resurrection. To their questions, he responded: “But as touching the resurrection of the dead… I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.” The same I AM who spoke to Moses out of the burning bush declared he IS the God of the very much alive patriarchs, proving there is a very real resurrection. The same I AM was speaking to the multitude and they were astonished at his doctrine. Thanks be to God, we serve a risen Savior, and to be in Christ is to be alive forevermore!
