There's Hope For Todayનમૂનો

Believing in God and believing on the Lord Jesus for salvation are not synonymous.
Asking if a person believes in God only answers the question of atheism. The pantheist finds god in everything. The animist endows the mountain with a soul. The syncretist assembles a “designer god” according to whim. The Buddhist depersonalizes God, convinced that He is unknowable. The Hindu has too many gods to know. The Universalist believes that all roads lead to God (he has no basis, but he believes it because it satisfies his sense of logic). Islam claims to show a path to God without need of Jesus.
When someone says that they believe in God, they could mean just about anything. James points out that even demons believe in God (James 2:19). Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NKJV). He claimed absolute exclusivity.
The Philippian jailor could not be saved by simply acknowledging the existence of God; he had to believe in the efficacy of the saving work of Jesus, God’s son.
The one true God will not be joined to a pantheon. He stands above, and alone, and we can only know Him through Christ.
