Made for ThisNäide

Yesterday we used the verses of Ephesians 3 as a borrowed prayer. As Paul continues his letter, he gets practical by reminding his readers that building unity takes work.
Read Ephesians 4:1-10.
As you read these direct instructions, which one stands out as the one you struggle with most? In what ways have you failed to act in humility, gentleness or patience when it comes to situations or people at church? Confess your failure to God, let his love help you choose a new way, and look for a way to work toward peace.

About this Plan

Here's the deal. You were not placed on this planet for nothing. And you also weren't placed here for just anything. God created you with a specific plan in mind: to worship and reflect him in all you do. That is your purpose. And while it might seem daunting to live a godly life in today's culture, rest assured -- you are right where he wants you. You were made for this. This reading plan will guide you to read through two books of the Bible (Colossians and Ephesians).
