21 Days of Selfess LivingNäide

You made it to day 21! As we reach the finish line for this specific challenge, let’s take a moment to pause and stay focused on Jesus and his example. Then, we’ll do a little bit of reflection and offer some ideas for how to continue the journey.
In what was one of the most difficult moments of his life, Jesus spent some time praying with raw honesty. He knew that God’s plan was for him to be arrested, tortured, and killed unjustly. He also had a connection to God the Father that allowed him to ask boldly to not have to endure what awaited him. But then, he prays this simple phrase:
Luke 22:42 says,
“I want your will to be done, not mine.”
We can learn from this simple prayer and incredible surrender by Jesus over and over again. We are not done with the journey toward living selflessly. Jesus will always be with us and be our example!
Before you finish this 21-day journey, take a moment to look back over the past three weeks.
- What do you want to hold onto from this 21-day selfless living challenge?
- Write down a few things and share them with a friend.
One way I chose to live selflessly today:
Thanks so much for being on the journey with us through this 21-day challenge!
