The Lord's PrayerNäide

The Name that is set apart ✨
There is a reason why Jesus taught us to pray:
“Hallowed be Your name.” (Matthew 6:9 NIV)
To “hallow” means to set apart, to recognize something as sacred.
We don’t make God holy—He already is. But in prayer, we acknowledge His holiness.
The Jewish people held the name of God with such reverence that they would wash their hands and change pens before writing it. They even refrained from speaking it out loud. That’s how much weight and awe the Name carried.
Jesus invites us to rediscover that reverence—not as fear, but as worship.
Not as distance, but as recognition.
In our busy, noisy world, we can lose the sense of wonder. But when we stop and say: “Your name is holy…” something shifts in us. Our hearts align. Our perspective clears. Our prayers go deeper.
🧡 The name of God is not ordinary. It is sacred, powerful, and worthy of all your worship.
Today’s miracle thought: To honor God’s name is to let His holiness reshape your heart.
