The Lord's PrayerNäide

First Heaven, then Earth 🌠🌍
“On earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
In the Bible, heaven always comes before earth.
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1 NIV)
That’s not random. It’s a pattern. A revelation.
Jesus taught us to pray in that same divine order: let Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. He was showing us something profound: heaven shapes earth—not the other way around.
When Jacob stopped to rest in the wilderness, he saw a ladder connecting heaven and earth. He called that place Bethel—the house of God—and said, “This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.” (Genesis 28:17 NIV)
That’s what your life can become: a gateway where heaven flows into your family, your city, your story.
Payton, one of my early readers, shared this:
“When I realize the kingdom of heaven is within me, my house becomes a gate of heaven—a place where blessings descend and radiate outward.”
🧡 Your heart is not just a home—it’s a doorway for heaven to touch the earth.
Today’s miracle thought: You don’t bring heaven down by effort—but by alignment.
