BE a PILLARNäide

Day 3: Impartation – More Than Influence
There’s a difference between influence and impartation. Influence might get someone’s attention. Impartation shapes their identity.
A PILLAR doesn’t just make an impact—he transfers something. He gives away what he’s been given by God: truth, wisdom, conviction, character. Influence is what people feel in the moment. Impartation is what sticks decades later.
This is what spiritual fathers do. They don’t just teach lessons—they deposit legacy into others. They speak life into sons who never had a father. They give weight to a young man’s calling. They show the next generation what strength rooted in humility looks like.
Think about Paul and Timothy. Paul didn’t just disciple him—he imparted boldness, theology, endurance, and identity. Timothy became more than a mentee; he became a carrier of the mission.
Impartation happens when your life becomes a vessel, not just a voice. You give what you’ve gained. And not just success—you pass on struggles, scars, stories, and spiritual riches. You help shape men who become pillars themselves.
This is why mentoring matters. Why fathering the fatherless matters. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being available to pour out what God has already poured in.
Don’t just leave a mark. Leave a model to pursue.

🏛️ BE A PILLAR : Ask a younger man this week how you can walk with him—spiritually, practically, or relationally. Start small. But start!
What have you received from God or godly men that you can now impart to others? Who around you needs it?
About this Plan

Passive men don’t build anything worth standing on. They shrink back, spectate, and wait for someone else to rise up. But the world doesn’t need more observers. It needs PILLARS—men who are strongholds of faith in a shifting world, men who take on responsibility, and are built to leave a legacy. In a world of passive men, BE A PILLAR.
