Let God Take You by the HandNäide

How big is God’s hand?
The more I’ve reflected on God’s hand this week, the more I’m both amazed and a little overwhelmed. I guess that’s the beauty of who He is—the more we try to understand Him, the more we realize He is too wonderful to comprehend.
One thought hit me the other day: “Isn’t it incredible that God’s hand is big enough to spread out the heavens, form the lands and hold the waters, and yet 'small' enough to hold my hand?!”
My own hand laid the foundations of the earth, and my right hand spread out the heavens; when I summon them, they all stand up together. – Isaiah 48:13 NIV
In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to Him. The sea is his, for he made it, and His hands formed the dry land. – Psalms 95:4-5 NIV
Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, or with the breadth of His hand marked off the heavens? Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance? – Isaiah 40:12 NIV
God is so much bigger than we can fathom, but in all His greatness, He is still deeply personal.
By His own hands, He created the earth. He could have put the angels to work or just snapped His fingers (I’m just imagining here), but the Bible tells us that He laid the earth's foundations. He formed the land and the seas.
And He is the same God who reaches out to hold your hand!
Hey! You are a Chamatkar (= miracle)
