A Year in Luke/ActsNäide

After preaching in Derbe, Paul and Barnabas retrace their steps and revisit the new believers in the towns of Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch of Pisidia. “where they strengthened the believers," and “encouraged them to continue in the faith." (v22) But Paul and Barnabas could not stay with every church, so they appointed elders to lead the people and turned them “over to the care of the Lord, in whom they had put their trust." (v23)
Like the elders of these early churches, we must also put our trust ultimately in the Lord. Journal and pray about how you can best practice this.
