Wherever you go, you’ll encounter people who need your encouragement. Today, when you encounter someone who needs a comforting word, a pat on the back, a hug, or a helping hand, be quick to respond. You possess the power to make the world a better place one person at a time. When you use that power wisely, you make your own corner of the world a kinder, gentler, happier place.

God’s Word instructs us to be kind and helpful, especially to those in need. So as you make your plans for the day ahead, look for people to comfort and people to help. When you do, you’ll be a powerful example to others and a worthy servant to your Creator.
