PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father God, You tell us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us (James 1:5). Today, we thank You for Your presence and for the wisdom that You have provided through Your Word.
Please help us block out the world’s distractions and give us the humility to recognize and discern that true wisdom comes from You alone. While it’s tempting to seek truth in other places, we know that if it contradicts Your Word, it is not truth. Enable us by Your Spirit to listen to You and keep Your ways.
ONE QUESTION
Do I believe that true wisdom comes from God alone, and am I seeking it from Him rather than relying on worldly sources?
