PRAYER FOR TODAY
Glorious and wonderful God, by awesome deeds, You answer us with righteousness. You are the hope of the ends of the earth and the farthest seas. We stand in awe of Your greatness and acknowledge You as the Creator of all things.
By Your strength, You established the mountains, being girded with might; You still the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples, so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth marvel at the evidence of Your presence (Psalm 65:5-8).
As we reflect on Your majesty and reverence, please help us to revere You today. Cause us to remember all You’ve done, and help us take nothing for granted. May each one of us stand in awe of Your glory.
