Advent: Exploring Hope, Peace, Love, and JoyNäide

Pray
Dear Lord, the prophecies You’ve given to Your people are a beautiful prelude to Your plan, a small hint of the unimaginable glories You were preparing, which we can never fully comprehend. This small verse encapsulates so much: Your love for the people of Israel, and the eventual birth of Your Son, Jesus. Your prophecies reminded the people of that time there is always hope, and those words do the same for us today. Your words show that You are constantly at work, that we never need to lose sight of hope. Remind me of that today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
