Advent: Exploring Hope, Peace, Love, and JoyNäide

Pray
Dear Lord, as I read this prophecy about the birth of Your Son, fill me again with wonder and joy as I meditate on what it really meant that Jesus came to earth to save me. Please help me to go beyond simply accepting this reality so I can fully embrace and stand in awe of what You’ve done—and continue to do. I pray that I go about my day with gratitude for sending Your Son, Jesus, into the world, and that my mind is filled with the eternal hope that You are still doing great things here and now. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
