Finding Hope When Church Feels HardNäide

Knowing what to do when church feels hard is…hard. We know that Jesus is with us, but walking through things in practical ways is so much harder than saying the name of Jesus, right?
I can’t know exactly what you’re going through. Every situation isn’t the same. And I must stop here to say something important:
If you are in any type of abusive situation in a church, please, please seek help. Talk to a counselor or trusted person outside of the situation to help you navigate to a place of safety, healing, and hope. One reading plan isn’t going to be the answer. For anyone really. Because the truth is, we all need help.
God tells us how important it is to seek help. He promises to put people in our lives that can support us in making wise decisions. But sometimes we need to take an active role in seeking that out from trustworthy advisors.
Think about your situation and who you can talk to for trustworthy wisdom.
