Jesus Is Greater Than AllNäide

Jesus is the creator of the world
“… through whom also He created the world.” (Hebrews 1:2)
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, we are told in the first chapter of the Bible. Later on, in the New Testament, we learn more about Jesus’ role in creation: “by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him” (Colossians 1:16). John 1:3 confirms, “without Him was not any thing made that was made.” So, the one to whom all things are given, is also the one through whom all things were initially created.
Since the name of Jesus is only found in the New Testament, starting with the announcement of His birth on earth, it may come as a surprise to read that He was also involved in creation (thousands of years before His birth). However, Jesus is unique here. He was God from eternity, and took on a human body additionally. So, before being born on earth, He already was God and created the world.
Do you honor Jesus for His creation work?
