But what about the people who are challenging? The people who don’t always honor us? The people who don’t respect us? Well, showing them respect isn’t as easy. Remember, God tells us to show respect to everyone. It’s part of loving the people God loves: all people.

Spend time in prayer this week, asking God to help you show respect to all of God’s people in your words, actions, and thoughts. Ask God to show you where you’re struggling to do this and pray for help to respect and love that person or those people in your life.
