and truly know him. Let us come to know YAHWEH intimately and eagerly press in to know him fully. He will come to us as surely as the sun rises to greet us each day. He will come to us like refreshing rain, like a spring rain that showers the earth.” YAHWEH “Ephraim, what am I going to do with you? How should I deal with you, Judah? For your faithfulness is as fleeting as the morning mist, like the dew that quickly disappears. This is why I have used my prophets to slice you open and the words of my mouth to slay you. For my judgments wake you up like the blazing light of dawn. What I want from you is steadfast love not simply dead sacrifices; I want you to know me intimately not simply give burnt offerings.
