Be willing to vulnerably share your story, experiences, and heart. These discussions take intentionality, a willingness to be uncomfortable, and a commitment to change. While listening, dig deeper into expanding your cultural competency and awareness. One talk at a time, hearts, minds, and lives can change. This listening leads to community and unity.
