Seit es die Menschheit gibt ist Arbeit Teil des täglichen Lebens. Arbeit kann ein Segen sein, aber auch anstrengend und hart sein. Deshalb brauchen die Menschen auch Ruhe. Echte Ruhe ist mehr als nur eine Pause von der Arbeit. Es geht auch um inneren Frieden. Letztlich kann diese Ruhe nur in Gott gefunden werden.
