Als ich mit dem Fasten begann, verstand ich den Sinn nicht. Ich habe einfach an einer Aktivität in meiner Gemeinde teilgenommen. Seitdem habe ich die Kraft des Fastens entdeckt und die Auswirkungen auf mein Leben waren enorm. Ich lade dich ein, mit mir einen Aspekt des Fastens zu entdecken: die Entwicklung eines geistigen Hungers.
