Das Wort Autorität ist in den deutschen Bibelübersetzungen sehr selten zu finden. Oft assoziiert man mit Autorität "unterdrücken" und es ist ein sehr negativ geprägtes Wort. Deshalb wird in den meisten Übersetzungen das Wort Vollmacht benutzt.
