Growing Painsنموونە

Day One
When we were kids, getting taller was something we all looked forward to. Many of us remember even marking our heights and constantly asking our parents to check to see if we’d grown, getting excited about the slightest bit of growth. Though we all desired to grow, many of us experienced physical pain as a result of the growth; these were known as growing pains.
It was fun and exciting to grow, but the process to get there wasn’t always a joy. That’s how it is in our life and relationship with God a lot of the time. We desperately want to grow, and we love to grow, yet there is a pain that happens through the growth.
Think about this: When were the times you grew the most in your relationship with God? I can guarantee that the experience you recall wasn’t an easy one, but probably a quite difficult time. However, the result, if you continued to follow Jesus, was always growth. Because in the crushing and the breaking, you surprisingly find growth.
