College & Christ: A 30-Day Devotional for College Girlsنموونە

Healthy Boundaries
Paul wrote this letter to the church in Corinth, a group of believers living in a city known for sexual sin and a “do whatever feels good” culture. Many of them struggled with how to live holy lives in a place that encouraged indulgence. Paul reminded them that their bodies weren’t cheap and disposable. They belonged to God and carried His Spirit.
On campus, it’s easy to live like your body, your time, and your energy are yours to use however you want. You may feel pressure to say “yes” to everything like relationships, late nights, and parties. But Paul reminds us that boundaries are protection. Your body, your heart, and your mind all belong to God. Setting boundaries in relationships, in how you care for your health, and in how you spend your time honors God and protects your peace.
Think about this...
Write down one boundary you need to set (in relationships, time, or habits) this week. How would your daily life change if you saw yourself as God’s temple?

As a mom, youth leader, and someone who has worked with teen girls for over 14 years, I know this season can feel both exciting and overwhelming. My prayer is that in these 30 days, you’ll be reminded that God is with you in every lecture hall, dorm room, late-night study session, and moment of doubt. You are loved, chosen, and equipped to shine.
