You’re Not Alone in This Battle

One of the enemy’s tactics in anxiety is isolation. For a long time, I kept my struggle hidden. But when I invited my wife into the anxiety I was going through, it helped me not have to tackle it alone, but with God and the people that God placed around me. That step brought healing, perspective, and strength I couldn’t find on my own.

God surrounds us with community so that we can lift one another up in moments of weakness. Sharing your burden is not a sign of spiritual failure; it’s an act of humility and trust.

Respond to God’s Word:

Identify one trusted person you can open up to about the anxiety you’re facing. Ask them to pray with you and walk alongside you in this journey.

My prayer is that your family experiences the power and beauty of living a life fully devoted to God. One of the ways our family has grown in this is by setting aside intentional time each week to pursue God together.
