Facing the Weight of Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like a constant shadow, stealing peace and making even simple tasks heavy. I’ve personally had bouts of anxiety, and it made most parts of my life unhealthy. My relationships suffered, my focus blurred, and my faith felt more like survival than thriving.
Jesus’ words in John 14:1 are not just gentle encouragement; they are a divine directive rooted in His authority and love. He knows life will bring situations that trouble us, but He also gives us a choice—to anchor our trust in Him rather than in our circumstances. Choosing faith over fear is not easy, but it begins with daily surrender and an intentional focus on His truth.

Write down one specific area where anxiety is impacting your life. Pray over it, declaring Jesus’ peace over your heart.
