- Your mental health is something that you’ll always have to work on. Some days it will be great and some days it will be rough. But that’s okay. It’s the human experience. You’re not alone. What can you do through the ups and downs of life/emotions and continue to be consistent in God’s word?
Prayer: God, help me to strain towards what is ahead. I know I won’t be perfect, but your grace is enough and it calls me to something bigger than both myself and circumstances. May you give me the grit to press forward every day, confident in your promises and in your already-present healing work. Amen.
