- Questions to consider:
- What does 2 Timothy have to say about staying focused on what is important? What are the 3 examples he gives of everyday people and how can you embody those traits in your own mental health journey?
- What does suffering produce according to Paul and James?
- What are you sowing into? Have you ever considered that the suffering you’re currently going through is because you’re sowing to the flesh? Have some personal ownership and reflect on areas of your life where damage is self-inflicted by your flesh. Pivot and start sowing to the Spirit. Watch what grows.
- Pray.
