After telling his testimony, the first thing that Festus does is call Paul crazy, dismissing his story outright. (It was likely that Festus was from Rome, and hadn’t heard about Jesus while He was on Earth) But Paul knows that everything he’s said is true - and not just true, but also widely known and talked about.
