Daniel P2: Serving Only Godنموونە

Daniel doesn’t have the friendliest coworkers, eh?
But evidently they knew that Daniel prayed, and that was how they could trap him.
Why do you think Daniel heads home and immediately begins to violate the decree?
We read that Daniel has a rhythm to his prayer life. A way that prayer orders his day.
What sort of rhythms and practices are set in your own life that keep you focused on loving and knowing God?
Picturing Daniel in the window facing Jerusalem is such a good visual aid for me. He is an exile in this land (he remembers Jerusalem), and he has lived in an honorable way (trusted by the King to serve).
Pray for balance like this in your own life.
