Acts 4:32-37 | a Life Surrenderedنموونە

David Seabaugh, a pastor in the Chicago area, describes the life of every believer as a paradoxical tension between “never surrender” and “total surrender.”
Christians are in Christ. By Christ’s power and through his spirit, we can face anything. There is no force so strong as to ever overpower us in him. Never surrender!
Christians are in Christ. He is worth everything! There is no greater cause, no greater love, no greater devotion, than to Christ. For Christ, a Christian will surrender everything. Total surrender!
This is the essence of faith.
Faith is allegiance to Jesus. Allegiance to him above all things. Allegiance no matter the cost. Our lives are his, and nothing will ever make us surrender our allegiance to him. Not even martyrdom.
That allegiance means total surrender to Christ. He is our king. We give him our lives. We give him everything. We totally surrender to his wishes, way, and will.
Never surrender. Total surrender.
