Godly Friendship and Relationships

Father, we thank you for our children. As they navigate this school year, Lord, we pray for Godly friendships and relationships. May they be equally yoked with those who you have set as friends for them in this season. We pray for friendships that sharpen and encourage them to grow in their faith and in their education (Proverbs 27:17). Surround them with godly friends who will encourage them to be more like Christ. We also pray that you surround them with strong, supportive friendships that will uplift and help them during challenging times (Ecclesiastics 4:9-10). We pray they will walk with the wise and become wise and that they will not be a companion of fools (Proverbs 13:20).
