Today we’re talking about sacrifice.
Something we all know is that it can be a costly practice. Sacrifice is the discipline in which we forsake the security of meeting our own needs and abandon ourselves to trust in God. It’s stepping out in faith to the fullest. And it changes everything.
Because of the cross, and because of who Jesus is, this practice is truly central to Christian faith.
Today, our lesson will come in the form of a story. But you have to tune in to our video to hear it. Allow God to lead you today, and welcome Home, friends.
Today’s invitation:
Today, allow God to lead you in the practice of sacrifice. Reflect on what sacrifices you’ve made. Pray about what sacrifice He would have you make. And ultimately, thank Him for the ultimate sacrifice He made for you.
