Grieving نموونە

Often, we can be distracted after losing someone we love. We keep ourselves so busy that we don’t have time to grieve. Sometimes we go about our day and pretend as if nothing happened, but deep inside our hearts, we are in pain. How can you take care of others when you are not taking the time to heal? Take care of yourself by taking the time to grieve and heal. If you say, “I don’t have the time to grieve,” then that grief will sit with you until you make time. It is like you are sweeping it under the rug, and you know it is still there. Please don’t ignore it; face it, and take the time. The Bible says there is a time for everything.
