Reading: Matthew Chapter 24

Devotional: Jesus’ return is imminent, that means He will be back for sure and we better be ready to meet Him face to face at any moment. We cannot possibly cheat here and there with apparent inoffensive sins. If we are hiding things, His return might sound scary. But if we truly love him, then the idea of seeing Him and spending an eternity with Him is something to be wanted. Jesus urges us to be on guard, with our minds always awake and with a faith strong enough not to be loosened up by anyone or anything.
