Wisdom

There has never been another point in history where knowledge is easier to come by than right now. We are one click, one voice command away from learning anything from the skin allergies of aardvarks to the history of bubblegum. But knowledge and wisdom are not the same thing. Wisdom is a gift from God. It helps us know how, when, and why to use our knowledge in ways that show love to God and others. When you don’t know how to follow God’s Word, ask God to make you wiser! He promises the Holy Spirit will always help you when you do.

Prayer:

“God, thank You for the gift of wisdom. It shows me the way to go and gives me peace when things don’t go my way. Please help me to make wise choices today, and surround me with people who challenge me to grow. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”
