Renew Your Mindনমুনা

Renewing the Mind Leads to Peace
Isaiah 26:3 (NIV) -"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."
Life can be full of worries—about the future, our families, jobs, or even our faith journey. Sometimes, our thoughts race and we feel overwhelmed. But God gives us a promise: when we keep our minds focused on Him and trust in Him, He will give us perfect peace.
This peace is not like what the world offers. It is not based on having an easy life or everything going our way. Instead, it comes from knowing that God is in control, no matter what happens. When we choose to trust Him instead of dwelling on fear and doubt, our hearts become calm.
Renewing our minds means shifting our focus from our problems to God’s promises. Instead of worrying, we can remind ourselves of His love, His faithfulness, and His power to take care of us. The more we fill our minds with His truth, the more peace we will experience.
Some ways to have peace:
- Pray and Give Your Worries to God – Talk to Him about what’s on your heart (Philippians 4:6-7).
- Read and Remember God’s Promises – His Word reminds us of His faithfulness (Psalm 119:165).
- Think About Good Things – Focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8).
- Trust God Daily – Even when things seem uncertain, believe that He is in control (Proverbs 3:5-6).
About this Plan

For our minds to be strong and undisturbed by outside influences, they need to change from the inside out. The dictionary meaning of "renewing of the mind" is the process of changing one’s thoughts and attitudes to be more positive. For a Christian, it means acting on the Word of God and bringing one's will into agreement with God's will.
