Always Abounding: A 3-Day Devotional on Hope and Faithনমুনা

Devotional Day 2:
God’s Grace Offers Redemption for our Soul
We have all murmured, complained, or taken something for granted at one point or another. Yet, despite our wrongs, God continuously grants us His Grace. God’s grace is a gift of sacrificial love. Romans 3:23-24 explains how we are justified by grace through Jesus’ death on the cross.
God’s grace is available to ALL, regardless of what we have done in the past: unthankful, unbelieving, lied, ashamed, cruel, dishonest, proud, etc. His grace pulls us into repentance, offers redemption for our souls, and gives us hope for a better future. As we receive this gift, we are likewise expected to freely give it to others, even if we do not think they deserve it.
Are you concerned that you have gone too far into sin or cannot be redeemed? Jesus’ sacrifice makes us right with God, and only by His Grace can we be justified (Romans 5:8-11). God’s grace is a gift we can never earn, nor can we be denied. Jesus’ blood has paid the price for our redemption; all we need to do to receive it is believe and ask for it. By accepting God’s grace, you are joined to Him through faith and are redeemed.
Abounding Truth
Our relationship with God is restored through Jesus Christ when we are redeemed. God’s grace heals our wounds and helps us start anew.
