What does the Bible say about God’s presence? * God is always present with us whether we feel it or not. “And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20b) * God wants us to seek his presence. Come close to God, and God will come close to you. (James 4:8a) * Everyone who trusts in Jesus can come boldly into God’s presence. Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence. (Ephesians 3:12) Discussion Questions 1. What do you think it means to be in God’s presence? 2.
