Who Completes You?

It's important to note that Paul makes it clear that Christ is the one who 'completes' us. HE is the one who meets all our needs. We were never supposed to be fulfilled or completed by anyone else and when we put that pressure on a relationship, we doom it to fail. Finding our security in Christ and having Him as an anchor is the only way to be sure that a marriage, or even any other relationship, will ultimately work out.

Take time today to consider what ideas you had about relationships in the past and maybe how this passage challenges them. Ask God to help you embrace a new perspective!
