Ephesians 4:26-27

الغضب شعور طبيعي، لكنه قد يقود إلى الخطيئة إذا لم نتحكم به. يقول الكتاب المقدس: "اغضبوا ولا تخطئوا، لا تغرب الشمس على غيظكم" (أفسس 4:26). الغضب ليس خطيئة في حد ذاته، لكنه يصبح خطرًا عندما يدفعنا إلى الانتقام أو الكراهية. الله يدعونا إلى ضبط النفس، والتعامل مع غضبنا بحكمة. بدلاً من أن نسمح له بأن يسيطر علينا، يمكننا أن نحوله إلى دافع للإصلاح والمسامحة. عندما تشعر بالغضب، توقف، صلِّ، واطلب من الله أن يمنحك قلبًا مليئًا بالسلام، حتى لا يتحول الغضب إلى سبب للخطأ، بل إلى فرصة للنمو الروحي.
