shall anyone not despise do your youth, but be an example for the believers, in word, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

because the bodily exercise brings few benefits; fearer of heaven however is of benefit for everything, having a promise for the present life and for the (world) which comes.

give attention for you (SG) yourself and for the teaching. remain in them; because (in) doing the these, will you save you yourself, and those, who hear you.

the Spirit however says expressly, that in later times will some fall away from the faith, holding themselves to deceitful spirits and devilish teachings

but the profane and old wives legends shall you (SG) avoid. exercise yourself however to fearer of heaven
